The most exciting news: the FDA Approved Genentech's Gazyva for the treatment of Lupus Nephritis. LSI's Board Chair, Dr. Robert Katz, wrote an intro in our article about the drug. read the entire article. The event is livestreamed on November 6th. Register here. Great news from this year's Lupus Charity Runner team in the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. This year, 43 runner raised awareness and over $100,000 for LSI's mission. This is a huge benchmark to reach and we are honored that together we were able to achieve this goal. Thanks to the runners and donors. If you have ever thought about running the Chicago Marathon, take a look into the Lupus Charity Runners program. As a team member, you will receive training, Lupus Charity Runner swag and two tickets to the LSI pasta dinner. We'll be with you every step of the way. This was an exciting event for us given the new FDA approved lupus drug. There are other exciting new treatments in the pipeline which is great news for the entire lupus community.
