A Letter from the President I hope this email finds you well! Walk season has finally arrived. LSI is hosting one walk in Naperville, IL! The Illinois Lupus Walk will be at the Naperville Riverwalk on August 9, 2025. Registration is open! There's still time to join the Lupus Walk planning committee. We have an educational webinar coming up. Mark your calendars for Thursday, May 29, 2025 when Dr Zineb Aouhab presents To Live with Lupus, We Need to Know About Lupus. If you've lived with lupus a long time or are recently diagnosed, you will learn something new. Registration opens soon. There are two new educational webinar recordings on our website. I wanted to highlight UIC's Theta Lambda Beta Fraternity, Inc for bringing back "Deadlifts for Lupus" their Philanthropy Event benefitting LSI! We are so grateful for the support of these young men!
