A Letter from the President I hope this email finds you well! We have several dates coming up and we look forward to seeing you there! Save the date for the first educational event of 2024 - May 18, 2024! The presenters are coming together and we know you won't want to miss it! Our Illinois Lupus Walks are scheduled for 2024 and the Walk Committees have started meeting and are still recruiting members! If you are interested in taking a more active role in the lupus community and helping to shape the Illinois Lupus Walks, I suggest joining a Walk Committee! This year's Chicago Walk is in a new location we think will be more accessible for everyone. Arvey Park is near Museum Campus in Grant Park and the beautiful lakefront; which should make the walk routes especially lovely! We have a few guaranteed spots left for the 2024 Bank of America Chicago Marathon! The spots are going fast so don't wait to finalize your spot. We have a terrific team. Members get training - either live or virtual - through Chicago Endurance Sports. Also, a singlet, fundraising page and more. The LSI Associate Board is hosting another Bulls Game! Tickets are on sale now here. Last year's outing was a great success, we hope you can join us this year. Tickets for this game are currently $76, but LSI can sell them to you for $52 each!
